Who We Are
Gerald N. “Jerry” Zaddack, MAI, CRE, earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. Since 1990, he has specialized in commercial real estate valuation and has provided consulting services, earning his MAI designation from The Appraisal Institute. Mr. Zaddack was invited to join the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) in 1996, and he has actively contributed to the field, including providing litigation support and expertise in property tax appeals. He served as President of the Southwest Chapter of CRE from 2016 to 2024.
